Is it Really Spring in Tulsa?

The first day of Spring and Tulsa was covered with snow! One thing for sure -the Tulsa weather keeps us CONFUSED! However, there was no confusion at IGC this Missions Sunday morning as Rev. Ceiti Demirkova ministered about God as our SHEPHERD! A native of Bulgaria, Ceitci has a powerful testimony and phenomenal ministry here in America, Africa and Eastern Europe. You can hear her message at our church website (you can also just click here http://web.me.com/igcenter/IGC_Site/Audio_Messages/Audio_Messages.html, you can see the entire scope of her ministry by visiting her website, http://www.ceitci.org/

Missions Sunday with Missionary Kim Oakley

Every 3rd Sunday is Missions Sunday at IGC. We take special time to pray for our MANY missionaries and to allow at least 1 of them to minister to us in person. This month's speaker was Rev. Kim Oakley - a Charter member of IGC and a veteran missionary.

She reported on her recent ministry in India (click below to hear her message) http://web.me.com/igcenter/IGC_Site/Audio_Messages/Audio_Messages.html and ministered on overcoming depression and getting out of Christian RUTS!

Another Powerful Sunday Service

Every service is unique - but some things never change - THE PRESENCE OF JESUS and HIS LOVE during IGC Church worship services!

Today we prayed for IGC Nursery & Preschool Leaders, received special greetings from Pastor Msimba Boto (Angola) and encouraging words from Dr. T.L. Osborn regarding our ministry in Francophone Africa. Bishop LaDonna Osborn and her team leave for Togo, Africa on Monday - so we also prayed for them.

In the evening, we celebrated Pastor Chyanna's 14th year as IGC's Senior Pastor!! What a fun celebration we had - complete with snow (Pastor Chy's favorite).

Youth The Target of Most Recent So. Dakota Mission!

For the past six (6) years we have taken teams (under the leadership of Rev. Patty Ehmann) to minister to the first natiions people on the Pine Ridge Reservation in So. Dakota. Last week's mission focused on the youth on the Reservation. Through dance, drama & testimonies by our IGC YOUTH (pictured here in red), and the rap ministry of the THUGG BISHOP, many LaKota Youth heard the Gospel in their own language - and responded!

Bishop LaDonna Ministers in Indonesia

In the early 1950s, Drs. TL & Daisy Osborn traveled to Indonesia (then Java) to conduct the first massive open-air gathering held there in over 350 years! Hundreds of thousands attended that crusade! Now, 50 years later, Bishop LaDonna Osborn has returned to this beautiful country to share the GOOD NEWS of the LIVING JESUS with the world's largest Muslim population (over 200 million Muslims spread over 17,000 Islands).

The Governor, Vice Governor and and 5 members of Parliament attended the opening ceremony - the first Christian event ever graged with their presence. Accompanying her are her husband (IGC Deacon Cory Nickerson); Rev. Harry Jackson and Rev. Jennifer Yeager (IGC Music Minister). Join the IGC believers as we continue praying for this event!
